World Mobile Broadband & Cloud AI, a flagship event for the telecom tech sector, is hosted annually by IDG Vietnam/ASEAN in partnership with the Ministry of Information and Communications. Launched in HCMC in 2014 and expanded across Vietnam and Cambodia, it’s a forum for regulators, tech firms, operators, and content providers. The summit drives discussions on management, investment, and business growth within the industry, consistently drawing over 500 leaders and experts and more than 20 leading speakers.

The World Mobile Broadband ISP & Cloud Summit 2024 is an annual event organized by IDG Vietnam in collaboration with the Ministry of Information & Communications and key associations. It brings together industry leaders and experts to share insights and discuss trends in mobile broadband, Cloud, AI, and 5G development, alongside honouring outstanding service providers.
The World Mobile Broadband & ICT Summit 2023 was organized by the International Data Group in Vietnam (IDG Vietnam) in coordination with The Radio and Electronics Association of Vietnam (REV) and held in Hanoi on March 29, 2023. The event featured the announcement ceremony for the Outstanding Telecommunications Service Providers of 2023, based on IDG's user satisfaction survey program.
The World Mobile Broadband & ICT Summit 2022, themed "Modernizing Telecommunications Infrastructure & Digital Content Services Towards Promoting the Digital Economy and Digital Society," was organized by The Radio and Electronics Association of Vietnam (REV) and IDG Vietnam on March 9, 2022, in Hanoi. Held in a hybrid format (in-person and online), the summit focused on discussing technological solutions, 5G deployment experiences, infrastructure and digital service development, and also featured the honoring ceremony for the year's outstanding mobile broadband, ISP, and cloud computing service providers.
The World Mobile Broadband & ICT Summit 2021, themed "Developing 5G & Broadband Infrastructure to enhance Vietnam's Digital Transformation Process", was organized by The Radio and Electronics Association of Vietnam (REV) and IDG Vietnam on March 25, 2021, in Hanoi. The summit focused on discussing technological solutions, 5G deployment experiences, broadband infrastructure development, and digital content services, and also featured the Honoring Ceremony for the outstanding Mobile Broadband, ISP, and Cloud Computing service providers of 2021.
