Assoc. Prof. Pham Hong Quang Ph.D., born in 1960, is an accomplished expert in Applied Mathematics, holding a Ph.D. in Control and Computing. He has led and contributed to numerous scientific projects, including the development of intelligent camera networks for traffic control and security, systems for detecting low-flying targets, and national technical standards for expressway traffic management. A prolific author of articles in national and international journals, Dr. Quang has received significant recognition for his contributions to science. His accolades include the APICTA Gold Cup, First Prizes at VIFOTEC and WIPO, a Certificate of Merit from the Prime Minister, and the ASEAN CIO Awards.
