Mr. Le Thai Hoa, Deputy Director General of the Authority of Radio Frequency Management, possesses over 25 years of experience in spectrum management within Vietnam. Having held key positions at the Ministry of Information and Communications (now under the Ministry of Science and Technology), he has significantly contributed to national initiatives such as the Law on Radio Frequencies amendment and 5G spectrum planning and licensing. From 2015 to 2023, he served as Vice Chairman of ITU-R Study Group 1, actively shaping international spectrum policy. His deep expertise and strategic vision are crucial for advancing Vietnam’s telecommunications infrastructure and digital transformation.
