Mr. Doan Quang Hoan, who holds degrees in Radio Engineering and Electronics and Telecommunications, began his career at the Authority of Radio Frequency Management (ARFM) in 1994, becoming Director General in 2006. He currently serves as the Secretary General of the Radio and Electronics Association of Vietnam. Internationally, Mr. Hoan has been a member of the ITU’s Frequency Management Executive Committee since 2015 and was twice elected to the ITU Radio Regulations Board (2015-2018 and 2019-2022), highlighting Vietnam’s significant standing in global radio frequency management.
