Biography:
Mr. Lee has been working in the field of IT and developing digital technology infrastructures in e-commerce for 15 years; He has been leading the Center for Information and Digital Technology to become the conductor in building, managing and deploying digital infrastructures in e-commerce and digital trading, including Vietnam eContract Authority Development System (CeCA.gov.vn), National E-commerce Payment System (KeyPay.gov.vn), Online Disputes Settlement Platform in e-commerce, solution for Traceability of Goods, solution for eKYC in e-commerce, Credit Assessment of Transactions and subjects in commercial activities, etc.
In the past 5 years, he and CID Center have gradually contributed to building an ecosystem for management and development in the field of digital commerce, organizing the Vietnam National Online Shopping Day event (OnlineFriday.vn), implementing the national program to support SMEs with ecommerce (GoOnline.gov.vn), contributing to helping businesses and consumers participate in the effective and sustainable Go Online process.
