Mr. Vu Quoc Khanh is currently Vice President of the Vietnam Information Security Association and has worked here since 2016. Before that, he worked at the Department of Telecommunications and the Vietnam Cybersecurity Emergency Response Teams (VNCERT) under the Ministry of Information and Communications. He used to hold positions such as Deputy Director of the Telecommunications Department (2005), and Director of the Vietnam Cybersecurity Emergency Response Teams (2006-2015). He holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science.
