Mr. Doan Quang Hoan was born on 12/07/1958. He graduated from Hanoi University of Science and technology in 1980. He holds a Master's degree in Telecommunication in 2006 and has been working at The Authority of Radio Frequency Management since 1994. He became Director-General of The Authority of Radio Frequency Management, Ministry of Information and Communications in 2016. He is currently General Secretary of The Radio and Electronics Association of VietNam.
Mr. Hoan has been a member of the ITU Frequency Management Committee since 2015.
