Mr. Pham Kim Son is an expert with nearly 30 years of experience in the field of ICT; Formerly Director of the Department of Information and Communications of Da Nang City (2005-2016), was the person who presided over the proposal, organized the successful implementation of the Project to build The Model of Da Nang City's e-Government (2007- 2016) and a number of other projects creating a premise for the development of the IT industry for this locality in the period 2000-2016. He is also a practicing expert in the field of Digital Transformation, and is participating in consulting for some provinces and cities nationwide. He holds a degree in Engineering Technology for Manufacturing Machines; Bachelor of Economics; Master of Economics in Communication (UK). Currently, he is the Chairman of Da Nang Software Association.
