Mr. Hoang Minh Cuong
Mr. Hoang Minh Cuong was born in 1973, trained deeply in the fields of information technology, electronics and telecommunications. Before being elected as Vice Chairman of the Hai Phong City People's Committee, Mr. Hoang Minh Cuong used to hold the following positions: Director of Vietnam Internet Center, Director of Central Post Office, Director of Telecommunication Department.
