Joining Deloitte Vietnam from the very first days and gone through various leadership roles, Ngoc is now CEO of Deloitte Vietnam.

With more than 28 years of work experience in consulting, risk advisory, audit and assurance business, Ngoc has obtained intensive experience in managing and controlling the quality of services delivered to a wide range of SOEs, FDIs and companies in both public and private sectors in diverse industries. She has also enforced the go-to-market strategies and focused efforts to develop and diversify client base for Deloitte Vietnam in general and in certain key sectors.

Besides her deep multidisciplinary technical knowledge and extensive experience in service delivery, Ngoc has also had years working with the local regulatory and professional bodies such as the Ministry of Finance, State Bank of Vietnam, State Securities Commission (SSC), Ministry of Industry and Trade, Ministry of Information and Communications on market development orientation projects and promulgation of relevant legal documents.
