David A Chan is the General Director and Head of Distribution for Liberty Insurance Vietnam.
He has over 25 years of professional and leadership experience in the non-life insurance industry in Asia and Australia. David’s roles encompassed distribution, underwriting, product development and marketing.
He has managed sales and operations in Australia and led regional personal lines and partnership teams across Asia whilst based in Singapore. David is a Fellow of the Australian Insurance Institute of Insurance and Finance (ANZIIF), an Associate of the Malaysian Insurance Institute and has a Bachelor of Commerce and Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Monash University, Australia.
