Biography:

Assist the Minister in charge of the following areas: Digital Transformation; digital economy, digital society, electronic transactions; IT applications; Network information security; Postal.

– Assist the Minister in charge of the following tasks: Information technology application, digital transformation in the Ministry of Information and Communications; Administrative reform; Policies, strategies, master plans, plans, programs and projects on the development of the Information and Communication industry; Defense and security work.

– Monitoring and directing the following units: Postal Department; Department of Digital Economy and Digital Society; National Digital Transformation Department; Department of Information Security; National Electronic Certification Center; Institute of Information and Communication Strategy; Information centre; Vietnam Institute of Software Industry and Digital Content.
